Im a Sophomore at Rutgers, and am thinking about transferring to Penn State. Im transferring mostly because of the tuition costs, since i am a PA residence, and am paying out of state tuition at Rutgers, which is almost 3x the in state tuition for us out of staters…
I’m just curious if anyone here has transferred to/from both schools.

-what did you like/dislike about each school?
-which school do you feel is overall better?
