I'm a rising junior and I have about 2 months to study for the PSAT in October. My dad got me the book because it was on sale and I told him I would use it. When I took the PSAT as a sophomore last year I scored a 169 (but I really wasn't trying too hard back then for the test). I know I could have scored much higher but that day I had a bad cold and didn't feel to well. I have taken 2 Practice test in the Kaplan book and scored a 206 and a 213. Hopefully if I score well on this year's PSAT I could qualify for National Merit and National Achievement Scholarships.

My question is have any of you tried Kaplan before and did you think the material was easier or harder than the PSAT. And also do you have any review books that you would recommend when preparing for the PSAT.

thanks
