<p>Has anyone ever used this book before?
The Official Guide to ACT Assessment - Amazon.com:</a> Official Guide to the Act Assessment (9780156009959): American College Testing Program: Books</p>

<p>It's really old, like from 1990, but the ACT has not changed too much..Does anyone know if it has the same tests as the other official test books?</p>

<p>I have never used that book. But considering how old it is maybe its best to get the newer version. I mean the price for that is almost double the current real act’s price</p>

<p>No calculators were allowed back in 1990, so the math was easier. The other parts are similar enough to the modern test to still be helpful. You can get the book close to nothing. There is also another old book that is newer than this one. Details are at this link:</p>
