<p>I've heard of people getting in like that because you get points for everything on the UC system. People with horrible SAT scores, but have overcome great difficulties often get in because you get like 500 pts for overcoming a difficulty and 500 pts for being poor.</p>
<p>o wait sorry...I don't think they let you apply in the first place if your GPA doesn't meet the requirement. :(</p>

well of course theyll let you apply.. i did and theres a thing called admissions by exception.
