<p>Wondering if anybody got their financial aid for this semester yet. myfinaid.berkeley.edu, for some odd reason, doesn't seem to show when aid has been paid out when it used to in the past.</p>

<p>No, he received most of it around December 17th. He just received the last two thousand today. He’s awaiting his refund.</p>

<p>Wow. I literally just got an EFT notification email saying my aid has been disbursed. The financial aid department must’ve seen this thread or something.</p>

<p>Question: Does aid match up exactly to the offer letter? On a whim I decided to review past EFT disbursements and for Fall 2010, what I received for my Undergraduate and Pell grants was less than what was on the offer letter.</p>

<p>Yeah that’s what I was referring to. It seems I got less than I should have last fall for my Pell Grant (I know that is a long time ago but I assumed aid was distributed properly). Now on closer inspection I’m kind of puzzled why the numbers don’t align.</p>
<p>I’ve received my EFT refund BUT the CARs bill isn’t paid off yet. I checked finaid calendar and they are supposed to be paying CARs bill on Jan 13th (today) and the bill is due on Jan 15th.</p>
<p>They used to pay the CARs bill a few weeks early. Why did they start paying it off so late since a few semesters ago? (2 days before is very risky. If there’s some mistake, you end up an unregistered student and you are not allowed to take classes for a particular semester.)</p>

<p>I’ve never noticed the Pell Grant coming short but I did wonder about that at some point.</p>
