I haven't gotten an email that has the instructions about how to check my decision. Does Harvard usually do this like other ivy schools, and am I the only one who hasn't gotten one yet?

anyone?

10char

I only got one from Princeton and 1 from Columbia… Nothing from the rest (D, H)

I’ve gotten it from Columbia, Dartmouth and Princeton. None from Cornell or Harvard. :

got one from dartmouth and cornell. nothing from brown, harvard, or yale.

i think thats because harvard just e mails the decision…

yea that makes reasonable sense.

^^^^^^^ditto

Harvard will e-mail decisions tomorrow at 5 eastern time

starting at 5… could take hours?

I don’t know how they do it. I think it may be in waves (if they do them all at once, I think a similar incident that happened with Northwestern’s decisions will happen - it’ll take forever for all the e-mails to eventually make it through).

Whether it’s in waves or not, decisions come out at 5 EDT

It’s usually pretty quickly, but last year, people had to wait 30-40 minutes to get their decisions (see 2008 thread). Cafesimone should also go ahead and put up the official decisions thread. And i should get off CC to do all 5 of my essays. Either way it doesnt matter; Im gonna be a Harvardian godammit
