<p>My daughter applied and I just checked the Depaul website which says that decision letters go out by March 15... We still haven't received anything so wondering what's up...</p>
<p>I have been in touch w/their Financial Aid department and have been asked to send in supplemental paperwork -- Could they be waiting to get everything together at once?</p>

<p>We are still waiting too rachelfran. We called yesterday and was told that all letters will be mailed out by the end of the week. We also had to submit W2’s, 1040’s and income verification worksheets. They have received them and cleared this off our campus connect account.</p>

<p>I sent an email to the financial aid person that I had contact with and he said my daughter has been admitted and that’s why they wanted supplemental info for financial aid. I know the FAFSA people pulled us for verification so all schools wanted additional information.</p>
<p>To date we haven’t had a stitch of mail from DePaul.</p>
<p>Now I have to decide whether to just tell her or have her wait for a letter.</p>
<p>rachelfran, did your daughter audition at the theatre school, or is she majoring in something else. That is great news!!! I’m not going to get too excited though, my son wants this so bad and it will crush him so to get bad news.</p>
<p>no - she wants to major in game design but now i’m still not sure that she’s in because i called the admissions office and the person who answered the phone was very perturbed that someone in financial aid said she was in – she said that wasn’t the correct protocol at all and that I needed to speak w/a counselor… I had to leave a message and I haven’t had a call back yet…Ugh. Very frustrating as I don’t think I can keep this from her when she gets home.</p>
<p>Also - can an applicant just sign up for a campus connect account or is there some sort or username/password that they are supposed to first get from the school?</p>
<p>They do seem very unorganized. We called the other day asking why we were asked to send in additional info and the person seemed very confused and said they don’t request any info like that unless they are admitted. I just hate waiting!!!</p>

without the financial piece - it means nothing to us, though.</p>

<p>The school supplies you with a user name and temp password. We received this info when we got the “thank you for applying” letter. Maybe if you call they can email you the info to sign up.</p>

<p>ugh - just got off the phone with Mary in admissions who tells me that a decision has NOT yet been made for my daughter… this AFTER receiving something in writing from the financial aid office that she was… She said we should hear within the next two weeks. I guess the March 15 notification date on their website is not real.</p>
<p>Oh WOW!!! They certainly have their lines crossed. So totally disorganized!!!</p>
<p>Wow, I’m sorry to hear the trouble you’ve been having rachelfran. When exactly did your daughter apply?? I sent my application in December and got my decision early February with the “Thank you for applying letter” coming mid-January. </p>
