<p>I’m starting to get worried because one of the people I have talked to has gotten their financial aid and it shows up on their student link. On the status of my financial aid it says complete. Should I call BU and asks what’s up or am I panicking prematurely? Has anyone else not gotten their financial aid?</p>
<p>You should probably follow up with BU. My son left to work at a camp right after school let out and he gave me shared access to Student Link. I panicked because there was no reference of any of the financial aid awards that we had received our bill. I followed up with BU to see why no awards were applied. We had thought that we had sent in everything and found out that BU had no record of our 2012 tax returns. Thus, I am rushing those records into the office tomorrow. If you are taking out loans, they will be applied later pending BU receipt of information from the place that you are taking out the loan. The same goes for any scholarships that you may have been awarded at graduation. Make sure you have done the training and have signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the loans.</p>
