Where is everyone? All the regular decision applicants need the support of those that got in early!

This always happens following EA. The RD people will start coming in in force in March and then this board will be crazy during the early summer months for all of those who got in. It is cyclical.

Don't worry, there are still plenty of regulars around to support you all and there will be more people that join the board as we get closer to the deadline.

haah ya..... I have not been around but its not because of the Sugar hangover...

yet it is the inability for college confidential to keep this site running...

OH, that makes sense. I know that I spent a lot more time on this board right around early action decision deadlines, so I am sure things will go crazy later on. An interesting note, my D's guidance counselor, who has been around for 25 years and really seems to know what going on with regard to admissions overall, mentioned that there has been a real strong aplication rate for schools on the east coast overall this year, which may also reflect a slightly lighter number of apps going to midwest schools. Any opinions on that?

i doubted just because there are more applicants in the eastern region doesnt decrease the applicants to the mid west/ west. Have u forgotten that students these days applied to around 10 or more schools? lol
