<p>DS will be starting at Bama in the fall and rooming in Ridge Crest West. DW has started the planning and came up with a couple of questions.</p>
<p>1 - Do the laundry rooms have irons and ironing boards?</p>
<p>2 - What type of lighting do they have in the suites? Do we stock standard bulbs or are they flourescent. If the latter, do they have to get their own replacements if they need them?</p>

<p>The laundry rooms do not have ironing boards nor irons. You can bring your own. My D did and never used either. (We will try again in the fall). :)</p>
<p>The bedroom suite has a fluorescent light that has a wall switch. My D brought a desk lamp and a clip-on lamp for the bed.</p>

<p>There is no need to pack light bulbs as UA-provided furnishings are fixed by UA maintenance employees. Maintenance requests can be submitted online.</p>
<p>After staying in the suite, I highly recommend bringing a lamp.</p>
<p>Never iron…use Dollar General Wrinkle Releaser spray. One of the best inventions ever. You can even pour into a travel size spray bottle and pack for trip. Cannot recommend enough</p>
