My D20 applied to the Have-A-Look program at Haverford. Has anyone heard back yet about this program? And if so, would you mind sharing your stats? For those who have already been to the program, was it helpful?
My daughter went last year and loved it. She’s currently a freshman there now. Her stats were 35 ACT and 3.8 UW GPA with pretty much as many AP/honors classes as were available to her. (5 APs by end of junior year, 4 more senior year.) Her biggest EC was that she founded and was president of her school’s ACLU Club and had attended the ACLU Summer Institute in DC among other things. The diversity angle was that she’s half Japanese. She wasn’t sure if that would be considered diverse enough, but I guess the people at Haverford thought it was. It makes sense now, since she told me that she’s the only Japanese person she knows at the school. I’m sure there are some, but she hasn’t encountered them yet.
You may also want to check out the 2018 Have-A-Look thread. I just looked thorugh it and saw that my daughter got accepted to Have-A-Look a year ago tomorrow!

I just got in, but sadly I wont he able to make it due to another fly in program I have already accepted to attend (middlebury). I wish I could attend Haverford but I have already got my tickets from Midd. Gl to your D! Haverford is beautiful!
