I'm an international, so I heard that there's limited need based financial aid..
What if they want to accept me, but "not good enough" to get a scholarship??
Would they reject me, or would they "ask" if I still want to go to that school w/o scholarship??

I don't know if that makes sense or not... any comments would be helpful!!^^

From what I’ve read about communications with Cornell admissions officers.

If you are a qualified international applicant, they will accept you regardless of your ability to pay.

The financial aid office will then determine if you are good enough to merit financial aid.

So yes, it is possible to be accepted but not be “good enough” to get any aid.
