<p>I emailed by regional officer about getting my decision via email a month or more ago. She agreed to email my decision but I haven’t heard anything since. </p>

<p>I would suggest calling instead of emailing. Apparently, all the decisions have already been made. Just grab the phone and you’ll find out right away.</p>
<p>How would they know about my decision though? </p>
<p>I heard every applicant that called was told the waitlist isn’t being used, I think they tell that to everyone who calls.</p>
