Have any of you ever been this late with financial aid!?

Im so ****ed because I applied for financial aid in March and turned in all my "To do list" (my parents and my forms) before June 1st. NOW this whole time in one of my "to do list" my parents tax return is not complete. It was "initiated" for awhile and they said it takes 4-6 weeks to process. I finally called asking why it was still "initiated" and they said that my parents signature was suppose to be signed on the second page of the form NOT on the last page. So now I have to get another copy and get my parents to sign it.

Im totally ****ed at them and myself. Now I might not even get the amount of money I should be getting. Has this happened to any of you? How long do you think it will take to get my financial aid?

Since we have no idea of what school this is, how much money they have to give, we can’t really have any idea.

You need to call the school and ask what your FA chances are now. At some schools, it will be too late to get institutional grants and work-study. But if you qualify for Pell and student loans, then you’ll still get those.

What school is this?

Its California State University Sacramento.

Call them up.

What is your EFC?
