<p>On SOLAR’s application status page, my program now says “AOI in Pre-Mechanical Engineering” while the Application Status heading has “Thank you for applying to Stony Brook University. Your application is currently being processed. We will contact you if we are missing any items needed to render a decision.”</p>
<p>The admissions office informed me that I should receive an email by Monday about my decision.</p>
<p>I think it’s changed to Pre-Mechanical Engineering because I still have not taken Physics II and am only currently taking Calc II and Physics I. </p>
<p>I have the same thing on my account! Does this mean I was accepted??

<p>Well according to the Freshman applicants that means we were accepted! Cause one kid from my school applied and when he logged into his solar it redirected him to a rejection letter. I’m still going to wait for the letter though, which should come within the next few days.</p>

<p>has anyone else received any news from SBU? My application status says that it is being processed and I’m getting nervous… Is this bad sign? I had my hopes up to transfer this fall.</p>

<p>The application status never said that? It said that on mine once I sent my transcripts.</p>
<p>Originally it said up to the part currently being processed…then there was other info on the page…like college code and fasfa code…now it only has what I screen shot.</p>
