…Especially in animal science or animal health science…or pre vet??

I’m at “Application Received” still as a math major.

Friend of mine got accepted this past week, but I don’t know his stats. I think 4.0.

Still “Application Received” for Economics.

Still “Referred to Impacted Plan” for Electrical Engineering.

Mine is still at “Application Received” for Business Admin; my application date is 11/16/2011

As of this morning, mine has switched from “Application received” to “Provisional admit” and also says “This application is incomplete.” It requires transcripts from the community colleges I’ve attended. Not a very friendly way of informing people, is it?

Econ major btw

mine has been on “referred to impacted plan” for a few weeks now =/

So since a supplement application is required by the engineering departments, is it ironic that I have never been contacted about it? My applied major is computer engineering. Still on "
“application received” since November.

I haven’t heard about cal poly pomona asking for a supplement app, I’m not sure they do that. What they seem to do is ask for you to submit all your transcripts (at least they did that for me and quite a few others here). Pretty much makes a supplement redundant since they can see exactly what you’ve completed.

woops i accidentally posted in this thread cuz im not a transfer. But they ask for transcripts mainly from transfers right?

Animal Health Science transfer right here. I was at the open house a couple of weeks ago and was told they hadn’t even got to transfer applications yet. The guy I spoke to said decisions will be going out at the end of March and into April. I’ve been at “Referred to Impacted Plan” for a few weeks now.

@blue0058 That isn’t what I would call ironic. If I were you, I would definitely contact the department just to see what’s going on. I’m not an engineering major but I do know departments of that major require a supplemental application. If you’re accepted as an incoming freshman then CPP will request a final high school transcript. Transfers need to submit transcripts twice - first to show grades up to the Fall quarter/semester and then again to show Spring grades.

Accepted as of 03-20. My major is Business Admin, and my application date was 10-04.

@gabriellerhall: congrats, its great to hear that cal poly is processing BA major applications. Are you a local district student?

still on “ready for review”…i sent my transcripts on feb. ever since then, the status hasn’t been updated at all.
Computer Information Systems (Business Ad)
submitted my application on Nov. 4th

As far as I know, if you apply to a non impacted major, you do not need to send transcripts unless they are requested, this is stated on their website.

Pomona hasn’t asked me for squat, but all the other schools I applied to requested transcripts from the get go.

my status changed to ‘provisional admit’ as of today.
major: computer information systems
GPA: 3.7
transfer student.
accepted colleges: Cal state LA, CSU Long Beach, and RIT.

Yaaaaa today but I havent checked for a few days
