<p>I actually do NOT believe colleges study this sort of thing internally which is ironic because they have all kinds of research expertise. Most don’t make a serious attempt to rigorously track the success of their graduates or to see which approaches to education work best. I think universities are almost as prone to follow the latest educational fads as the public secondary, middle, and elementary schools. Universities are pretty much in marketing mode all the time and not in research and development mode.</p>
