My admission status for Indiana University reads

At this time, there is a concern regarding one of your academic indicators. While we do not have a minimum SAT/ACT requirement, to make your application more competitive, you must submit new test results for consideration. Those results can be sent to us by the testing agency or your high school.

After we receive the new scores, your application will be reviewed again. The committee will consider the new information while taking into account the strength of our applicant pool.

Is this a deferred message? I retook the ACT in September and by this am guessing IU has yet to recieve those scores.
