Have i taken the SAT too many times?

I've taken it 4 times.

From what i understand they only look at your highest score and the NUMBER of times you've taken it...
Do the years i took them and the scores matter at all?
I'm hoping it won't hurt me too bad.
The third tiem i didnt prepare myself so it wasn't what i expected. duh.

04/2006 :: 1790

-over a year-

10/2007 :: 2090 (780 math)

-3months-

01/2008 :: 2020 (670 math)

-5months-

06/2008 :: 2090

Wow.. if i had gotten 2090, i would have just stuck myself with that score.
All i know is that people tell me to take just a maximum of three but with the new score policy which commences 2009 March, it seems to me that the College board doesnt mind students taking as many test as they want. But that is next year, im not sure about this year.

Don’t you mean your last score was 2290 (from your “chance me” thread)?

doesnt collegeboard have that new system where you can choose which scores to send? so it doesnt matter how many times you’ve taken it?

infinite fail.
yes. 2290

but can you elaborate?
will I be able to selectively send one score on my college apps? or will it be too late.
im a rising senior
