Have my chances improved??

<p>As you all know, SAT scores came out today. I improved by 300+ points, but I'm still not satisfied with my scores..
CR 560
M 630
W 650 mc: 66 essay:8
The last time I took it I got 1510. Should I retake again in December?</p>

<p>So what are my chances? I'll be applying first/second week of november..(Is that too late?)
GPA: 3.75
Rank: top 10%
SAT: 1840
AP course load: 2 last year, 3 this year
Location: Washington
EC: Varsity tennis for three years, typical volunteer work (+100 hours), afterschool clubs, few leadership positions
Intended major: Biology, neuroscience</p>

<p>im not a chancing expert. but! i think you will most likely get in. and for the SAT, if you think you can significantly improve your score, then do so, if not don’t waste your time and $.</p>
