<p>Your financial aid decisions sure will, but maybe not the admissions.</p>
<p>All the advice here and elsewhere, including on the FAFSA.gov site says to file the FAFSA on time, indicate “will file” for your official papers, and then go back in to correct it when you have all the information. Not having done that may surely jeopardize your financial aid. Do it right away, even if your folks haven’t filed their taxes. It might not be too late for every school.</p>
