Have writing+composite percentiles been released for SAT?

<p>I know that writing percentiles are supposed to be released "In early November 2005", along with composite percenitles, I suppose, since the reason they didn't give them was because they didn't know the writing ones...</p>

<p>have they been released yet? It's no longer early in November..</p>
