Has anyone been rejected or waitlisted? If so, when did you get your letter and what are your stats? Does anyone know if Fordham mails out rejections or waitlists at the same time or after the acceptance letters? It sounds like anyone who received a decision letter so far has been admitted. I live in Mass and was deferred in December. I believe the deferred letters went out after they mailed acceptances. I am still waiting and hopeful in MA.

I got waitlisted as of yesterday March 29th.

SatI: 710M, 640V, 750W (2100)
SatII: 630 Math2c, 630USH
Gpa: 3.8-3.9
ECs: Dance for 10 years, NHS, Math Honor Society, French Honor Society, Vice-President of Amnesty International, 150+ community service hours at Operation Hope, Musical Production 2005 (Follies)
Work: Current Part-Time Job, and Summer camp counsler for ages 3-5 every summer.

Ok, so the Sat IIs are a little on the low side, I was still surprised as I was accepted to Villanova University last week. A lot of people seem to have seen this lack of coorelation. Oh well !

They waitlisted me... which is odd because I withdrew my application and I am going to GW next year.

grapkoski: Congrats on getting into GW!! It's a great school. What are ur stats?

jess0188: It really stinks that u got wailisted. Idk, maybe Fordham thought u were using them as a safety school, since u have great stats... Btw, where r u from?

I just got waitlisted...and this might sound weird but I'm delighted. Fordham was one of my reaches and I have a subpar GPA...

I really would love to go...does anyone have any insight into their waitlisting? Is it just prolonging a rejection or is there a chance of getting in if I accept getting put on the list?

Sadly, I must report my rejection came in the mail today. Fordham has been my number one choice so I am really disappointed. It's been a prolonged process since I was deferred in December but life goes on!
Congratulations to all that were accepted!

I was deferred in december and rejected today but I'm not all that fazed because I didn't want to go. I will prob. go to wheaton in MA. But I also got waitlisted @ MHC so i'll see how that turns out, hopefully something good will come out of it!!

Congratz to those who got in and it was among their top choices!

just out of curiosity what did the acceptance look like? how was it presented when you opened it?
