Yet I was the one who got a 2-week suspension. </p>
<p>I still maintain that she slammed her own face into the brick wall.</p>
<p>My mother has always been concerned for our health, which is why she ruled that soda would never pass through our lips.</p>
<p>One day, we were on a road trip. While I thought she was sleeping, I thought I would take a sip from a bottle my aunt had in the back, and so I did.</p>
<p>When my mother was finished with me, my lips were sufficiently bruised and my cheek swollen enough to keep me from the foolish idea of ever drinking soda again.</p>

<p>I suppose the fact that I survived my upbringing was quite impressive.</p>

<p>I’ve gotten slapped in performance. My director doesn’t always believe in the idea of stage combat</p>
<p>A couple times. But that was when I was younger. It’s not that bad compared to getting belted :/</p>

<p>I have never been slapped… well, if I had it wasn’t very memorable because I can’t remember being slapped.
Nor have I slapped anybody (except after my sister did it first in a joke fight).
Anyway there have been a few slap incidents at my all girls’ private school:
- In a class of 11 year olds, a girl; who is now one of those outspoken drama people, slapped another girl; now one of those ‘uber cool’ ones that spend half an hour after PE in the school pool straightening their hair (please, who do they want to impress?), not with a specific reason but not as a joke. The girl who got slapped burst into tears.
- This year, one of my friends (a year older) slapped another of my friends (in my math and music class), it was kind of a joke… but not really? Okay, that’s confusing.
I have been punched before though, anyhow I shall not elaborate on that now.</p>

<p>^yeah, but I’ve never been belted in the face. backside, hand, leg sure…not face</p>
<p>I think my mom might slap my face if I were to call her a b**** but I’d deserve that for calling her a b****</p>
<p>I didn’t get belted, but I got switched on the palms when I was like 3 or 4. o.o</p>
<p>Belted at the age of 7. Sends a clear message. Believe me.</p>

<p>umm now i remember i’ve been slapped twice in my life by my dad. Once was in front of my best friend when i opened the door for him…he randomly slapped me as soon as he stepped inside. I had no clue why. Maybe it was just because he had a bad day…? And another time was when I called him a ■■■■■■■ and talked back . I got beat up for that. (i was ****ed off that he was going to make me go stay in somalia for 2 months[this was before i left] [****tiest time ever spent btw]and he wasn’t willing to buy me the books i needed to complete my summer assignments)
i suppose i deserved it though.</p>
