So I was just perusing people of Walmart not long ago and I began thinking about it a little. I unfortunately have been in a Walmart twice in my life. I'm ashamed to admit it but it is the truth. Hopefully I never am forced to go there again.

How many of you have been to a Walmart? How often do you go? I know there are places in the country where Walmart is pretty much the town center. Anyone live in one of these areas? How much does it suck?

I didn’t realize people in this board were so middle america. I’m scared for the future of this country when even the supposed “elite” are caught up in Walmart culture.

Seriously, how can you go that place. Are you all really that cheap/poor?

Um, wow. Aren’t you offensive. Most likely, the vast majority of Americans go to Walmart. Except when dragged by relatives when out of town, I haven’t been in more than 4 years, personally, but I went quite a few times before that, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on people simply for going.

The greatest thing is most of the people who complain and moan about the American economy and outsourced jobs are the type of people who shop at Walmart.

Who hasn’t gone to Wal-Mart?? Seriously, that place rocks. The deals are awesome!

Obviously you must not be very intelligent or you would realize that spending less money on the exact same item is the way to go. Up top to Wal-Mart!

Although, I must say that Target is a little nicer store, but not as great of deals.

I really do like Target. Hahaha, you spent $100 on candy?! Wow… that’s a lot of candy right there. What kind was it that you wouldn’t find it in Canada?

hatersunite, obviously you one of them city-slickers who don’t give a goats ear ‘bout us country folk. We need us a good Wal-Mart to get us some grub. Where would America be without it’s farmin’ people basis?

Target is closer to me too, so I usually go there. But Wal-Marts stuff is the same as what you would buy somewhere else. The difference is is that the environment is usually not the greatest.

Where would America be without it’s lower 50 percentile in intelligence? I don’t know but I’d love to find out. :)

Nah really I have no problem with farmers or anything like that. I understand the people who live in the middle of nowhere and basically have to go there.

My problem is with the people in this thread who go there because of the great DEALS.
