<p>My son is starting junior boarding school, and he is suddenly nervous about leaving home at age 12. This was his idea after attending, enjoying and thriving at Wolfeboro summer boarding school where he got wonderful grades last summer. Has anyone sent their son to junior boarding school, and did they enjoy it. Any advice on how i can help him succeed at this?</p>
<p>It is normal for him to feel nervous, even after having had a such positive summer experience. </p>
<p>Chances are, when he arrives there on move-in day and is greeted by the other boys in the dorm, the tables will turn. He will be eager to hang out w them, and you will be the one nervous about him not paying enough attention to you.</p>
