I applied on November 1st via the Common App - the site said I should be informed of a decision in about 2 weeks, but it will have been 4 weeks tomorrow and I still haven’t heard back! Is this normal and if not, what should I do?

I did! Got in with half-tuition scholarship 
FIT is pretty generous with scholarships. They only give out full scholarships to a couple people each year, but they give out a lot of smaller ones. I think the half-tuition scholarship might be the max they give besides the full ride.
