A bunch of kids at our school have gotten accepted to NYU; my D hasn't- is this a sign that she hasn't gotten in?

no, my D is still waiting also. There is a message on the NYU website about how their decisions are doled out over the last 2 weeks of march into april.

i have not received a response either...i just can't help but think its a rejection because so far everyone who has heard has either gotten accepted into their college of choice or referred to GSP

Are notifications only in hard copy by mail? Anyone hearing by email or through an online NYU link?

mail only...

i heard the decision comes in a normal sized envelope..if that helps at all lol...

so don't worry about seeing a small envelope and immediately thinking its a rejection! some schools don't send out obnoxious congrats letters!

internationals are getting UPS packages as acceptances. I dunno about a small envelope acceptance....

I'm still waiting for that UPS truck!!!
(that is, if i got in.)

i am still waiting!!

AHH!! where is that letter- i dont think i got in but i just want to hear
on the nyu website it says they will mail "on or around April 1" but I havent heard of any rejections yet- are they sending the acceptances first>

Visit the regular NYU forum of CC and you'll find rejections, unfortunately.

:Sigh:

Nothing in the mail today.
