I applied to OUAC approximately 3 weeks ago & i have received the confirmation Email from U of T which informed me that i will be receiving my login details for the join U of T applicant website soon. Although it has never been sent…

So I am not sure U of T usually takes longer to process my OUAC application befor the login details can be shared with me…

I am experiencing similar issues I called the admissions office a few days back and they said to wait…
I am hoping to meet the nov.1 recommended deadline and this is cutting it pretty close.
