You certainly cannot major at Wharton. The last news I heard was that economics majors were allowed to take a few select classes at Wharton. That was back in 2008. I am not sure about the current policies. You could email the registrar to find out for sure.

University of Pennsylvania

The University of Pennsylvania, commonly known as UPenn, or Penn, is a renowned institution of higher learning. Haverford students may take classes at Penn’s College of General Studies (CGS) and recieve full Haverford credit. This option greatly expands the variety of courses Haverford students may take. However, students are not allowed to take classes that “could” be taken in the bi-co. The only exception thus far (spring 2008) has been for Econ Majors who can now take a select number of classes at Wharton School for Business. Transportation to Penn is somewhat difficult (see Getting to Penn), because, unlike getting to Bryn Mawr and Swarthmore, Haverford does not provide transportation. If you receive financial aid, Haverford will pay for your transportation to classes at Penn.
