<p>I was just wondering how many hours a typical student at Haverford studies each day and on weekends. Although I understand that it can vary depending on ones major, I'm trying to assess the intensity of classes at the college. Any input would be great.</p>

From what I have gleaned from D, it can be anywhere between 4-7 hours of studying...depending on the class and what is on the schedule. Students study during the week...relief on Friday...some work on Saturday...back to the grind on Sunday. D had a calc final...1 hour in class and 3 hours take home (honor code). It can be intense...</p>
