having 2 Pass/Fail grades out of 4 classes this semester?

I'm taking 4 classes so far, and I'm not doing well in any of the classes..
I was doing fine in the beginning, but now I'm getting B's and C's. I have the option of switching letter grades of 2 classes to Pass/Fail. Should I switch to Pass/Fail or not?

(p.s. both are not my major classes.)

the due date is this friday, so i need to decide very soon.

b. u. m. p.

No you shouldn’t. C’s suck but one or two wont hurt you too detrimentally, particularly not if this is your first semester and you are adjusting–you may very well pull off B’s by the end off the semester. And there’s nothing wrong with B’s.

Nope you definitely don’t want to waste the few (as in one or two) Ws that aren’t overly detrimental to you until you need it.

You have at least the chance for a 93 in the class you’re getting a B (85+100)/2 and an 88 in the class you’re getting a C in (75+100)/2. Stop trying to take the easy way out when you have no good reason to do so.

Trust me, save those Pass/Fails. There will be a point when you desperately need them- this is not one of those times. A few Bs or Cs your first semester of college is not going to affect you THAT badly.
