Having a problem with Calculus. Will this affect my admissions?

Sorry if this is alot to read but I put all of this to clarify things already so I can get help in figuring out my options from an open-minded perspective.

This is the first failing grade I have ever received in my academic history I always get A's and a few B's (note: these include my 4 AP classes last year and 2 other ones this year).

I started off AP Calculus AB for this senior semester with and A- in September. After that the percentage dropped a little and I thought I could improve it even though I got caught up in other academic & activites.... but my grade took a huge rollercoaster ride downhill to a fail... (A "D" doesn't exist)

Usually I feel confident before I take the test/quiz before hand cause I was confident that I was understanding the concepts through keeping up pretty well with what my tutor taught and the was hw moderately easy for me. But when I take the tests/quizes I blank out on a couple of parts... (the same thing happened on my quiz today, but I tried to solve everything as best I could...but I think I failed it...)

I already talked to my teacher about this, I already have one of the BC students as my tutor (and usually talk to the other BC students if I need help too), and I always turn in my hw for this class.

Now that I look at the curriculum the only test left would be the Final after coming back from winter break... (and I heard from the BC students it can either bring ur grade up or down one letter grade depending on your result)

[Note: I did not take this class just because it was "AP", but because I was curious about learning this subject.]

(Last week I already got notified that I was accepted to UC Merced from an administor/representative from UC Merced at a college convention since I am in the top 6% of my class.)

The colleges I applied to/plan to apply to are: UCLA (been wanting to go to this college for a long time already), UCB, UCRiverside, UC Merced, USC, Stanford, Mount St. Mary's, Wellesley, Kalamazoo, and Cal State LA as my back up...

now I'm worried that my acceptence will be rescinded (even for UC Merced).

So what am I supposed to do with my grade for this class most especially with the final being the only thing left? (I don't feel like dropping this class btw) and will my acceptance be affected greatly and be rescinded?

Thank you very much in advance to all of those who help.

Whatever you do, just make that failing grade a C. I say this because the UCs become suspicious of seniors who can’t maintain AT LEAST a C in a class after carrying As + Bs from the past 3 yrs of high school.

BUT the good news is that any colleges that accept you will definitely not rescind you based on ONE bad grade. They don’t want to rescind students they’ve accepted, unless they get bad grades all over/etc.

Although for Merced I really don’t think it’s going to be that bad, I’d still try my best to improve that grade, and I know you are, but you have to do whatever you can. USC/Stanford will NOT take you with that.

Best of luck friend :)
