Start a journal. Write down what you do every single day in 1st person. I think that would help you the most-- journaling requires you tell the story of your day through a narrative. Write down homework assignments, and conversations with friends, family, odd things you noticed, what your dog/cat/goat did that made you smile, what TV show you watched, etc. Get some practice.
