Hayden Quint Dorm

<p>So I got a quint suite in Hayden which means 3 girls in one room and 2 girls in the other room. Unfortunately, I got put into the room with three girls, so my questions are:</p>

<p>a) is there going to be a bunk bed in my room (because that would SUCK!)?</p>

<p>and </p>

<p>b) is there only one bathroom for the five of us to share (because that would also SUCK!)?</p>

<p>The following link has some pics and descriptions of some of the rooms in Hayden. I am not sure if the quint suite you have been assigned is even described, but take a look. I think most suites have one bathroom for everyone in the suite to share, at least the suites in freshmen dorms. This I am not 100% sure. Some of the triples in Hayden are very big, but did you sign up for a Low Cost Triple? Those tend to be smaller.</p>

<p>I did not sign up for a low cost triple. I actually wanted a normal double room, so I’m pretty upset that I’ve been assigned a suite, that too with a triple. Thanks for the link. xx</p>

<p>I was assigned to a triple too :confused: My friends currently at NYU tell me triples have one bunk bed and one single bed.</p>

<p>Yeah I saw pictures on this wikispaces page about NYU Housing that showed that triple rooms have bunk beds. :frowning:

<p>Whoever is in first chooses the first bed. It may be worth your while to be there at 7 AM (approx., check on earliest time you can check in on Move In Day, 8/28). I have read some of those triples (not LCT) are really spacious. It depends on the room you got assigned.</p>

<p>This is where participation in Project Outreach would have its benefits in terms of housing. You move in 8/24 and claim the first bed!</p>
