hayden vs ruben vs weinstien

I have ruled out apartment style and brittany because it doesn't have a food court. Idealy I would want to be in a nice sized double with a bathroom just for two people. I need some help understanding the pros and cons of these three residences.

Hayden

pros - Everybody says it is the best (not quite clear why), social, closest to Stern building, air conditioning, brownstone

cons - room I saw was a very tiny double which shared a bathroom with another double

Weinstein -

pros- air conditioning, close to stern building, best food court, best chance of getting a double room, excersice room

cons - people say it is like a prison, the rooms are small and concrete walls

is it particualarly social?

Ruben - pros - big rooms?, social
cons - longer walk, no air conditioning, not many double rooms

I would apreciate andy clarification on these pros and cons. I am leaning toward weinstein and am wondering if this is a mistake.

hayden has more light, more authentic feel, much better location (right on the side of wash. square park). weinstein is newer but ugly (in my opinion) and cramped.

Hayden all the way

since when was hayden small?

I'm pretty sure Weinstein is closer to Tisch Hall than Hayden. Hayden is across the park.
