<p>Who is going for Hays competition? I was invited and do not have a 32 on ACT. Do you think I still have a chance?</p>
<p>I barely made the cut off with my SAT superscore, so don’t feel bad. I think that the standardized test scores are just a cut off to see who they want to compete at the intellectual level. If your essay was deemed good enough to be put through to the next round, awesome! I know several people whose scores blew mine out of the water, but they still didn’t get selected for the final round. It’s all about YOU, not just your scores, now. (Of course, this is all just my opinion.) Good luck! See you at the competition!</p>
