HBCUs (Howard, Morehouse, Hampton)

Anybody have any word on how selective HBCUs are? Specifically the ones in the title. I was considering transferring to schools closer to home, but I also am considering HBCUs (which are nowhere near my home).
High(low)lights of my transcript
7 Ws (four in one semester, which I totally withdrew from. All medical). One F, one C-
~3.0 GPA (2.978, and from what I can tell most of them use grade replacement, in which case my F and C- would be replaced, and my GPA would be closer to a 3.3).
29 completed credits (will be 40 when this semester ends, and likely 58 when I matriculate in fall of 2015).
1880 SATs (if it matters).
Letter of Recommendation from my academic dean, and a TA.

I don't really need to be "chanced", but I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on how competitive these transfer admissions are.

Thank you.

Anyone?
