<p>SAT and Rank are a bit low but I’d say chances are pretty good. Only thing is that I’ve heard engineering is harder to get into compared to Arts and Sciences but if he applies EA then I think he’ll get in.</p>

<p>They only take into account the SAT CR+V score so a score of 1420 is definitely sufficient.</p>
