<p>If you are submitting your Common App online (which I very much recommend) the system will automatically label the pages for you. Each page of your essay will say ‘Personal Essay’ at the top and will have your name and Common App ID at the bottom. Unless you want your essay to have a title there’s no need to add one.</p>
