<p>gpax213, you're shaving off years of your life. :(</p>
<p>Well I sleep normally on weekends and exercise on a regular basis, I am not that unhealthy am I?</p>
<p>Sleeping normally on weekends won't make up for the sleep deficit that you've accrued over the week unfortunately :(</p>
<p>Some of you are just skin and bones. Get big!</p>
<p>^plum, I'd say 7.5-8. Your food and exercise is really healthy (like (9.5/10). And for this board, 5-8 hours of sleep is actually a full night's rest. But seriously, 7-8 is really like the bare minimum for high school.</p>
<p>Otherwise, I'm jealous. And your weight may be more muscle than anything.... I'm always surprised that "fluffier" people weigh more than their thin counterparts. You exercise (and I slalom water-ski, so I get the whole arm muscle weight thing I assume you've got going on too :D), so it's healthy weight. Especially since apparently you look trimmer. </p>
<p>So my turn. hahaha this'll be fun.</p>
<p>-Female
-5'5" (5'4.5" as of last checkup, but I'm certain I've grown in the past nine months)
-111.5 (also of last checkup, haha to the half pound--has definately gone up but I don't own a scale so I'm pretending it hasn't haha)
-No regular exercise. I used to do yoga multiple times a week, but now I just walk a lot around my town. I hate exercising (except rock climbing, water skiing, and rafting, none of which I do on a regular basis).
-Breakfast: COFFEE, like two mugs. Ranges from fruit/cereal in yogurt to those nasty Lean Pocket breakfast things (which I usually throw away when mummy's not looking haha)
-Lunch: I never end up eating my sandwich (yucky), so usually yogurt, fruit, and a granola bar. But sometimes pasta leftovers. And I grab whatever leftover food floats around my table. I have excellent food-spotting/grabbing reflexes :).
-Dinner: Whatever healthy thing my mom makes. We just moved, so lately it's been like egg casseroles or pizza, but it's usually stir fry, rice, and/or chicken.<br>
-Snacks: I eat dessert. Often. But snacks are usually cereal or fruit. Coffee all the time, usually iced black or whole milk latte (YUM try them). There's a coffee shop a 25 leisurely stroll (lol) from my house, where I usually splurge my babysitting money on scones or croissants like twice a week).</p>
<p>I sleep anywhere from 4-10 hours a night. Usually about 7.5. But my work best from 8-12, so I like to go to bed from like 11-5:30 and then take a nap right after school. But that only works now that my ECs have ended.</p>
