<p>about the Health Requirements Form, it says to send to the Campus Health Center. But is it too late to send by mail now, is there a Fax number i can fax to?</p>

<p>i bet theyll understand if the form is postmarked sept 12, not received. i e-mailed and got a conformation in like 2 hours.</p>

<p>they send a confirmation mail?! what… i sent mine 2 weeks ago and never got a reply email…</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure a bunch of people didn’t get theirs confirmed to be sent, and the alert on myUCR account has disappeared…</p>

<p>Mine hasn’t been confirmed, but I haven’t received some letter saying I’d be kicked out of the university should I not get it in</p>

<p>Does anyone know what’s up with this thing? It’s like the Health center gave up trying to check all of the faxes and mail and email that came flooding in</p>
