<p>The Student Health Center and NYS Law require newly admitted students to submit the health form to be signed by a physician, documentation of 2 MMR vaccines, and documentation of Meningitis vaccination. The docs and health form (sent out to all newly admitted students) have a deadline of 8/15/11 for submission if you are a Fall admit.</p>

<p>Don’t forget you can waive the school’s health insurance package if you choose to stay under your parents’ program, saves about $850 I think.</p>

<p>That is a good point. It was actually $1360 for academic year/annual 8/21/10-8/20/11 basic health insurance plan. $2132 for the comprehensive plan.</p>
