<p>well, im a gymnast, so i have to stay fit and eat healthy...but i like to snack.
so i was wondering if anyone has any good ideas for healthy snack foods that i could eat post them pleasssseee =]]</p>

<p>i like wheat thins. i'm addicted to those. but i normally go w/the reduced fat ones altho the ranch one is really good too! just don't eat a whole box a day like i do... >_<</p>

<p>apples. yogurt. wheat bread. cheerios. milk. those 100 calorie pack things.</p>

<p>Any kind of fruit or vegetable. Most whole-grain products. Try crackers with some kind of light spread, like hummus or low-fat cream cheese.</p>
<p>reduced fat string cheese, dried fruit in moderation, all unprocessed fruits and vegetables, boiled spinach xD.. it's actually really good with like eggs or something.</p>
<p>Whole-wheat crackers, granola bars, yogurt, fruit (fresh and frozen). </p>
<p>Dried fruit tastes AMAZING, but you really have to watch out because it's so concentrated. A handful of dried apricots or pinapple has about 20 times the sugar content (natural or not, fructose is still sugar) of the fresh stuff. And the serving sizes that are recommended (about 4 or 5 pieces) are not filling or satisfying at all, so I'd suggest staying away from dried fruit.</p>
<p>The key is fiber and protein, which will keep you filled. You just have to find healthy, natural foods that will provide these nutrients.</p>

<p>eat cereal (i prefer honey bunches of oats or cheerios) in the morning, have whole wheat sandwich for lunch (this is what i eat since i don't have a lunch period this yr), and don't eat too much in the evening. </p>
<p>i follow the routine above. however, i have a sweet tooth and i LOVE chocolate, icecream...did i say chocolate? LOL. </p>
<p>so the key really is----------->>> EXERCISE!! i try to jog every night and it keeps me in shape</p>
