We are all goubg crazy. They should accept us all!!! I hope we all get ini feel we have bonded. Still waiting since Oct 5 when they were recal her gpa. Sifantuc. Did you take Act? Gpa?

I hope we all get in:) I really hope they accept my twin brother and I. He’s better academically, but I’m more solid in things out side of school-we balance each other out. I really hope we both get in, as well as all of you. It would be a dream come true.

How do you know they’re recalculating GPAs? does it say on MyUCF?

Message left for my daughter specifically stating her name sounded like a real person. They were asking if she had questions about UCF and campus life and they were sorry they could not speak to her. Just checked on line and no acceptance as of yet, thought this was odd?.any thoughts on this? Her app has been in since Aug.

It says they recalculate GPAs in the Freshman Profile for UCF. Usually, a recalculate GPA is good, since your GPA usually goes up a little bit.

My friend just got into UCF & she applied 6 days ago! That means that UCF is mainly accepting the people with the top grades first unfortunately. =/

they do primarily stronger stat people first it is after all a buisness to them.

Just got accepted :)

And I know you guys are going to ask me my stats and when I applied and everything, so I will just answer now, hahaha :)

4.44 W gpa, 1300/1890 SAT, 27 ACT

I applied on 9/28
They had a complete application on 10/8
Accepted on 10/14

Congradulations, me too
What ever happen w usf,
mine is still pending,
is ucf for fall term

waiting anxiously to hear if my D gets into UCF for the summer. 3.4 weighted, 24 ACT, good essay and 100 + hours of community service. She applied Sept. 26. We contacted admissions today and they told her she should hear within 2 to 4 weeks after they got everything. They got her tests scores on Sept. 30th or so.
Do you guys think she has a chance for summer?
This is nerve wrecking!!! lol

congrats daviddj!
usf is still pending for me as well, not sure what that is all about.
It seems like everything that happens to me happens to you also, kind of weird haha

And I got accepted to UCF summer, which I applied for

forgot to mention AP classes and Honor classes.

My d is waiting since 9/26 for summer 25/3.8 her gpa was being recalc on 10/5 so we are wondering why it is taking so long to decide??? I hope a 24 is good enough for summer. nwe are oos from philadelphoa area but i dont know if that matters or not

censored - you got in right away because of your stats we are waiting since 9/26 when they had everything b/c of her stats 25 act 3.8 gpa i thought it was good enough for summer

Galibeth how do you know they were recalculating her GPA?, does it say that on the status …?

I was told by admissions. I’m frustrated too

Don’t be frustrated, she hasn’t been declined. They are just taking time to review her application.

My twin brother just got rejected from UCF-He was stronger academically then me, I was only stronger in community service, and awards, and my essays. I literally have no hope, at all. Guess it’s our local community college for me.

@Write ~

Sorry to hear that. It’s obvious how much you and your brother want to go to UCF. But don’t give up hope - there may be something about you that they see as a good fit for UCF. Your brother should look into Direct Connect to UCF - [DirectConnect to UCF - UCF Regional Campuses](<a href=“UCF Connect - Centers and Campuses Supporting Students in Central Florida”>UCF Connect - Centers and Campuses Supporting Students in Central Florida). It’s a great way to make sure you do end up at UCF. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you :)

I am very sorry to hear that Write. What were his stats? Also, it might have been that you two are out of state that gives you a disadvantage. Anyway, dont give up hope, I am trying to get in as well, and it is very frustrating that they have not updated my myUCF page for a status of accepted/deferred/or denied.

Speaking of which, I am kind of confused as to why he was not even deferred? I figured that is what they would do if they didnt know for sure. Anyway, good luck.
