Currently taking AP Psych and AP Literature and the rest of classes, honors

I am getting sick of waiting too! ggrrrrr

Her SAT R+M was 1070

Best of luck to everyone!! I know this has been a very stressful time for us and I am sure for all of you as well.

Westpalmmom- I applied July 5th for Summer 2012 and still havent heard … 1040 (R+M) 1660 (R+M+W) and a 23 ACT.
I Have a 4.0 Weighted and 3.6 CORE GPA. 400 Service Hours. Leadership, clubs, VP of club

Westpalmmom and anybody else, can I get in???

Mattzobel-

Your stats are at or above my daughter, I am sure you will be fine for summer. I think they are all over the place with acceptance notices. Call admissions and ask about your status. I did a few times and I am not sure if that helped.

Mattzobel,
You should be in for summer. I am surprised though they have not given you a decision yet. I also think they are all over the place. So much for trying to apply early! grr
As WestPalmmom said, it might be worth calling them. Good luck! Your stats are also higher than my d’s and she is hoping for summer.

WestPalmMom - If you pop on again, could you tell me if your daughter’s GPA that you posted was from her HS transcript or the UCF re-calculated GPA.

Thanks.

My daughters 3.6 weighted GPA was her high school, do not know about UCF weighted GPA

My friend just got into UCF! Actually it would be really funny if my friend was your daughter westpalmmom, because we’re both from west palm too. lol xD I really hope I get in though, but I highly doubt it now. =/

what are her stats?

also to those who called regarding their admission status-- how did you go about asking them when it will be changed? i want to sound nice because i know they probably get that question thousands of times.

I don’t know her stats but I knew she was involved in sports and she probably did well in school too, but idk

Westpalmmom and Overcome-

Thanks. I am worried because I have a 1040 SAT and 23 ACT and I want to get in so bad!! I applied early July and have called a thousand times and I still don’t see anything…

With you on that one, 1080, 24. I have never wanted something so bad in my life. Even if UF or FSU were to accept me, I still wouldn’t even have to think about my decision. UCF all the way.

what number do you call? the one listed under admissions?

just called admissions. They said it would take 3 weeks to hear and that they are continually working on it. Three weeks!?!?

Overcome-
over a month ago I called and they said it would be 2-4 weeks and I still haven’t heard
