<p>Someone was just trying to get you guys all worked up. No one has a decision yet. The OP of the thread that Writefluid refers to never said that he heard from UCF only that “someone” did. He is probably playing with you. When my son gets his decision, I will post it.</p>

<p>Just got home. My son was accepted to UCF for Fall of 2012. His status page changed this evening to read: </p>

<p>His UCF GPA was 4.3 (core classes only, 1/2 point for honors, 1 pt for AP).
His SAT score was 1430/1600, 2070/2400. </p>

<p>Best wishes to everyone else here. My daughter is a current senior at UCF living in Tower 1 and she loves the school.</p>

<p>Chances are that my son will choose UF over UCF but it is not a definite. The UCF Honors College offers many more opportunities than the UF Honors Program. I also have two daughters, one of which graduated from UF in 2010 and the other is currently a very happy senior at UCF. My son sees the pros and cons of both schools.</p>

<p>It was more of a “associate” im friends with on facebook, and she posted her status that she got in. Unfourtunatly i dont know her stats, sorry.</p>

<p>Summer B and I had a 3.6 GPA (not that good) and 26 ACT. Im really worried that there letting everyone that got accepted (and that applied early) know now, and im not one of them lol.</p>

<p>Summer B 3.3-3.4 25 ACT and in the IB program. We have similar stats.</p>
