<p>I think (from prev posts) that for US applicants it’s via snail mail, and for intl applicants it’s email 
also check out the RD thread there’s a lot of us waiting haha</p>
<p>MattieR91 is right, but I think that some online portal to accept the admission offer and make a first payment becomes active for those getting good news, and that can happen before the mailed decision reaches everyone in the US. Check previous years.</p>
