it's sunset rec, if that's what you mean. that view sure beats staring at hedrick hall, though ;)

Not like we want to stare at Summit, neither. -_-

why do you say that grasspuppet?

Because I thought you were a guy.

hibiscuspink, hook me up with some free food!

why did you think that?

Sure. PM me or whatevs.

the campus view (the drake stadium side) is gonna be so much better than staring up the hill at rieber...

anyways. I used to live in hedrick summit. and to rate how social it is i have to say it really depends on your neighbors. on my floor one side was really socially active (the side I used to live on) and we did thing together all the time, and the other side was virtually dead (socially).

haha, speaking of being social, here's a facebook group for Hedrick Summit 2008-2009.

Login | Facebook

CCers on facebook = amazing. : )

lol nice way to get an early start on being social... but you should wait a bit, by the time you find out which floor you live on then there will be a group for your floor, I rarely find myself going to the building group but i go on the floor group from time to time... pretty cool to see summit getting social, i knew quite few people thats going to live there next year...

When i lived in summit as a freshman (in a triple), the floor was very social-at least among the freshmen. So you have nothing to worry about there. I'm in a summit double now, and its much nicer than a room in a hall(though costlier), and very very spacious. I don't have a gorgeous 9th floor view, but the view of sunset rec i have is nice. Only problem is it you can hear the water polo or sunset rec activities. But otherwise you're going to love summit(and get plenty of exercise as well)

I know Hedrick Summit is only a couple years old. Does this mean that the triples were actually built to be triples (and therefore they're a little bigger)? Or were they meant to be doubles that now have three peeps shoved into them?
