5'11, 15 years old. I swear I haven't grown much since I started weight lifting.

Lifting a lot of weights that young is gonna stunt your growth.

Bleh, 15 and 5'11...I consider that fairly tall.

I heard growth stops around 20-ish, although I'm never sure because I know people that stopped growing since 16 and shorties that STARTED growing since FRESHMAN year of COLLEGE. Weird.

Male, 16, now 6'0 exactly.

OP: You know the average height of adult males in the US is 5'9.3", right? You're above average.

Nah, I think it's 5'10" or 5'11" these days. It seems like guys are usually 5'8"-6'2".

Female, 17, 5'5.

Male, 16, 5'3.5

Yes, I'm short, but i'm Asian!

^^^ No, he had it right the first time. I remember reading somewhere it was right around the 5'9" range.

A lot of Asians are short, but I wouldn't really call it an excuse. I know one Asian guy who is 6'8".

female, 16, 5'9".

Yeah, but the thing is that I don't really believe it. Do you believe that half the male population is 5'9" & below?

No one said half the male population is 5'9" and below. That statistic is for the average male, so there's a good number of people shorter and taller than 5'9".

Not so much for the younger generation.

5'4" Female, 15

Male, 6' 1", 17.

Male, 5'5", 18
yes yes im REAL short -_-

16 years old 5\'10\" approximately.

Female, 5'3", 16, and I like being short :]

Averages so far:

Males through #39: 991/14 = 5’10.78”
Females though #42: 978.75/15 = 5’5.25”
